BUSINESS FINANCING
Business loans designed for growing operations.
Types of business loans we offer
Fixed-Term Business Loans
Borrow a lump sum repaid over a set period with fixed payments. Term loans work for equipment purchases, working capital, inventory buildup, or expansion projects. Repayment terms typically range from one to seven years depending on use of funds and business cash flow.
Business Lines of Credit
Access revolving credit up to your approved limit. Draw what you need when you need it. Useful for managing seasonal cash flow swings, covering unexpected expenses, or capturing time-sensitive opportunities. You pay interest only on the amount you use.
Equipment and Asset Loans
Finance specific equipment or machinery with loans secured by the asset itself. The equipment serves as collateral, which affects terms and rates. Common uses include machinery, vehicles, technology systems, and specialized operational equipment.
Business loans tailored to your needs
We underwrite business loans based on your operation's fundamentals. Revenue, cash flow, credit history, and time in business all factor into our decision. Each application is reviewed individually. We fund businesses across multiple industries.
-
Working Capital Loans
Funds for inventory, payroll, accounts receivable gaps, or other operational needs. Typically shorter terms reflect the short-term nature of working capital. Amount depends on cash flow analysis and business history.
-
Growth and Expansion Loans
Finance new locations, facility upgrades, market entry, or operational scaling. These loans match longer repayment schedules to the timeline of business growth and revenue development.
-
Acquisition Loans
Funds to purchase another business, client book, or asset portfolio. Underwriting reviews both the acquiring business and the asset being purchased to ensure sustainable debt service.
Business loan questions answered
Common questions about business lending, rates, terms, and our underwriting process. If your question is not here, call or email our team.
What documentation do I need to apply for a business loan?
Provide your business and personal tax returns for the past two years, current profit and loss statement, balance sheet, bank statements for the past three months, and explanation of how you will use the funds. For newer businesses, personal financial statements and résumés may be required. We will request additional documents if needed during underwriting.
How long does business loan underwriting take?
Standard underwriting takes five to ten business days from application to decision, assuming all documentation is complete and no additional information is needed. Complex applications or those requiring property appraisals take longer. We will outline the timeline when we receive your application.
What factors affect business loan terms and approval?
We review revenue, profitability, cash flow, business credit score, personal credit history, time in business, industry, collateral offered, and use of funds. Businesses with stable revenue, positive cash flow, and good credit history typically qualify for more favorable terms. We evaluate each application based on the full picture of your business, not a single metric.
